Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies
Accepted Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards for payment and payment must be made in full for the ordered items prior to shipping. The appropriate sales tax will be withheld according to the current in force internet sales tax laws.
Transit
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time for packaging and creating orders. Orders generally leave our warehouse within 2 business days after receipt of an order. Orders placed after 3 pm Eastern Time on Fridays and over the weekend or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Processing time may be longer during peak periods. We do not pack or ship orders on U.S. Holidays or instances when either UPS or USPS is closed. Please note, issues with delivery or receipt of an order on time (especially due to weather), is outside of our control and must be directed to the carrier for solution. Refunds will not be given and the buyer will remain liable for such orders. All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. Customers will receive an email with the tracking number when the package is picked up by the carrier. If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to a mistake in the address, reshipment costs will be charged to the buyer and any refund given will be reduced by the cost of shipping.
Damages & Discrepancies
All damages or discrepancies must be reported and photographed and sent by email to support@litvaaz.us within 3 business days of receipt of package. Damaged items must be returned in original packaging. Merchandise that is damaged or found to be defective may be replaced with the same item or an equivalent item. Merchandise should be returned via a pre-paid, traceable method.
Please note that LITVAAZ & UMBERLO are not liable for any damage caused during shipment. The carrier should be contacted directly in such instances.
Lost Shipments
LITVAAZ & umberlo use delivery services that include tracking information. If the UPS or USPS delivery system indicates that the package was delivered at the address indicated by the customer, the package will be considered delivered. LITVAAZ & umberlo will not be responsible for the package after this delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unused products up to 7 days after merchandise was delivered. If the product has been used, it cannot be returned. Returns must include original box. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email support@litvaaz.us for a return confirmation number. Refunds will not be given without a return confirmation number.
We Ship from the USA
We ship throughout the contiguous United States from our warehouse in Delaware. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States or to the following states: Vermont, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Utah, and Washington.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us for estimated shipping costs.
